Since 2017, HER Grace and Grit LLC has existed to coach and support women as they navigate life, through an evidence based, client centered, best practice model. We believe that women are the best experts on themselves, we seek to support and hold space for their journey to seek safety, stability, healing, growth and thriving. That all women should have access to joy centered lives. In 2019, we realized that women in leadership could use the same intentionally curated supports and concepts to navigate crisis, trauma and hard change transitions in organizations, thus Lutalica Consulting was curated. Providing leaders with tangible tools, honed skills, mapped processes and best practices developed trainings to support a holistic strategic approach to hard change . While, still honoring our core values of placing the empowerment and autonomy of clients first.

 

Our Mission

Our mission is to be space curaters and holders, that all women should receive trauma specialized, cultural honored, accessible, joy centered coaching, education and advocacy. We support and meet them where they are on their journey in life, regardless of status life labels them, saying fuxk the boxes. We believe our clients, that their voice more than matters, we believe they are capable of badassery, and we are here to support that. Trauma, crisis and hard change transitions are to be met with compassion, validation of lived perspectives and best practice knowledge. Health, Empowerment and Resilience are honored as ways we survive, heal and thrive, often in-spite of systems.
