Individual coaching

Individual coaching is a hybrid mix of Life, Strength, Leadership and Health coaching, education and advocacy work. All clients participate in an initial intake, baseline data and assessments. During this time we begin to craft our plans for next steps, curate client centered support team, complete any appropriate assessments needed and take care of the redundant but necessary paperwork. Contracts are individualized and services are usually 6 months- 18 months in length, waitlisted as of 12/22.

PRICING:

INDIVIDUAL COACHING starts at $1200/month.

LEADERSHIP ORGANIZATIONAL Consulting Contracts are handled on contract basis, with base rate of $250/hr for minimum of 20 hours.

ONE TIME TRAININGS are based on training requested and live virtual or in person option. Individual and Group Options Available.

HER Grace and Grit LLC, Lutalica Consulting provides clients with the option of both in person and remote services. Our coaching is meant for navigating hard change, we are not long term, maintenance, “getting ahead” or general well being providers. Think Emergency/Crisis Dept for Women and Leaders, we are not primary care. We can provide referrals for that. For one time group trainings we can also provide in person and live remote, as a collective choice.

ONE TIME group TRAININGS/coaching

Group trainings/coaching is limited and topic specific, focusing on supporting leaders and organizations with courses that give them and/or staff improved skills, tangible tools and updated CEUs:

Movement and Mindset : A 1 hour class that supports intentional practices of improving individual embodiment and in the moment re-regulation, tension reduction.

Transformative Leadership: A course in Navigating Trauma, Joy, Compassion and Resilience for your Organization. The 40hr course is meant for leadership to gain and improve understanding and capacity to develop and implement organizational level processes and models of support. This course comes with toolkits for self care and safety plans for individual staff and agency as a whole. This course covers human development, neurobiology, trauma, stress, coping skills, and all well being and social determents of health, including substance use, sexual health, and trauma. A pre-training intake is done prior, with individualized curriculum for industry and team needs. Cost is INDIVIDUAL or for a team (up to 5 members) ORGANIZATIONAL rate, please email for rates and more information.

Transformative Advocacy Basics 101: A course in Understanding Trauma, Joy, Compassion and Resilience for front line/direct service staff. The 80 hr course is meant for staff in but not limited to (advocacy, peer support, care coordination, discharge planning, recovery coaches, life/health coaches, social work) to gain a deeper understanding and capacity provide ACRTI based services to clients. This course comes with toolkits for supporting clients with goals/life change and safety plans for individuals . This course covers human development, neurobiology, trauma, stress, coping skills, bias and value training, behavioral change, Trauma Informed, understanding relationship dynamics, foundational MI, and all well being and social determents of health, including substance use, sexual health, and trauma. A pre-training intake is done prior, with individualized curriculum for industry and team needs. COST is based on individual or group rates (up to 8 staff) , please email to set up.

DEI- BASICS for the Rural Western Community- 2 hour course developed for leaders, boards, staffs seeking to learn and understand concepts that exist in rural, conservative communities in Western US. Pretraining phone call required.

Badass soles

Badass Soles is a local to Moffat County, CO in person FREE walking group coming back Late Spring 2023, with quarterly meetups at area trails. We seek to create social and sunshine connections. This group as ran as an EVERYBODY is welcome, no matter ability. We seek not only to be inclusive but we purposely created this for you. Meet ups are posted a week in advance on the Facebook Group Badass Souls. As we seek to lower access barriers to the outdoors, we welcome and accept feedback to get more humans outdoors, if you need accommodations, please hit us up. Please note we have a Crescent Moon Sisterhood that helps create access to coaching for women that otherwise could not. Capacity is limited for this service, and limited only to women leaders in small business/non-profit roles.
